Italy, Spain, France…what do these three countries have in common besides sharing a continent and great wine?  Healthy Lifestyles.  Studies have shown that a diet rich in healthy fats (fish, olive oil, nuts), fresh fruits and vegetables, red wine and limited intake of processed foods can help extend your lifeline and slim your waist.

So to help you with those resolutions (remember those?) to maintain a healthy lifestyle, Remy’s Sous Chef Rachel Moeller and Mistress of Wine Joyce DeNeal has created a menu to highlight some of their favorites.  Because maybe you had good intentions on January 1st, but those giant heart shaped boxes filled with chocolates were just too tempting.
