The unofficial last day of summer is approaching this weekend.  But just as the pool season is winding down in Missouri, the growing season is still in full force!  With plenty of available local products such as meats, cheeses, produce and wine, we just had to create a dinner to showcase them and take you on a Tour of Missouri.
