Hog Happy with Salume Beddu

Big Sky Café is living high on the hog this month as we partner up with local artisan cured meat store Salume Beddu for a full out pig-fest. Salumi enthusiast and Salume Beddu Chef Ben Poremba will show off his skills (he is a Certified Master of Gastronomy & Food Culture after all) and join Executive Chef Lisa Slay in the kitchen to prepare the three course menu that will make you Hog Happy. And of course, Wine Mistress Joyce DeNeal will be there to pair the wines.
